Olivia and Dugan moved from New England to Colorado in October 2021 for the hiking, skiing, rock climbing, and general outdoor adventure scene. They bought their first home and short term rental in 2022. Olivia quickly realized that short term rental hosting was her passion and continued to expand their short term rental business to add more properties to their portfolio and start managing short term rentals for other owners.
